Drinksi does not offer any refunds or returns. All sales are final. In exceptional circumstances, if a refund is approved, a restocking fee of fifty percent (50%) will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded. If the product was originally shipped free of charge as part of a promotion, a deduction of fifty dollars ($50.00) will be made from the refund to cover shipping and handling expenses.

Failed Delivery Attempts. If you fail to receive your order after the designated number of delivery attempts as per the shipping agency's policies, and the product is returned to Drinksi, a restocking fee of thirty percent (30%) will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded. If the product was originally shipped free of charge as part of a promotion, a deduction of fifty dollars ($50.00) will be made from the refund to cover shipping and handling expenses. If the package is returned to Drinksi in a damaged condition due to failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you will be responsible for the full cost of the order.

Exchanges and Store Credit. Exchanges and Store Credit will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the following conditions:
- Damaged Product. If you receive a significantly damaged product, you may qualify for an identical replacement if the product is in stock and you purchased Drinksi shipping insurance during checkout. If the product is no longer available, you may be eligible for store credit equal to the purchase price of the damaged item, including shipping costs.
- Incorrect Orders. In the event that the product you received differs from the item specified on your order receipt, we will arrange for the shipment of the correct item that corresponds to your receipt once we have received the incorrect item back using a return label provided by Drinksi. If the correct item is no longer available, we will provide you with store credit equal to the purchase price of the incorrect item.

Shipping Policy

- Drinksi Shipping Insurance: To cover lost, stolen, or damaged shipments, it is required to purchase Drinksi Insurance at the time of checkout.
- Spillage, Minor Damage, and Cosmetic Defects: Please note that minor damage or cosmetic defects may occur during transit. Drinksi is not responsible for such minor damage.
- Lost Shipments: Drinksi is not responsible for any lost shipments, including packages lost due to hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
- Returned Packages: If a package is returned due to a failed delivery attempt, a 30% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
- Damaged Packages upon Return: If a package is returned to Drinksi due to failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery and is damaged in the process, you will be responsible for the full cost of the order.
- Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age to place an order, and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
- Compliance with Local and State Laws: The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws regarding the purchase and delivery of alcoholic beverages.
Processing and Shipping Time
- All orders placed Monday through Friday will be shipped out within 1-9 business days.
- Ground shipments placed Monday through Friday before 4pm PST will be shipped out within 1-9 business days (During the holiday season, processing may take longer).
- Express shipments placed Monday through Friday before 4pm PST will be shipped out the following business day (During the holiday season, processing may take longer).
- Orders placed on Friday after business hours, Saturday, or Sunday will be shipped out within 1-9 business days from the following Monday.

International Shipping

Title to Goods

Appointment of Common Carrier
By making a purchase on the Site, you are requesting Drinksi to appoint a common carrier and arrange transportation on your behalf for the delivery of alcoholic beverages and other merchandise. By using this service, you affirm that you are in compliance with local and State laws regarding the purchase, transportation, and delivery of alcoholic beverages. Drinksi provides a list of states where common carriers have indicated their willingness to deliver alcohol, but it does not guarantee the legality of shipping alcoholic beverages to your state. You are solely responsible for complying with all laws regarding shipments to your state, and you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Drinksi and its agents, officers, directors, shareholders, and employees from any claims, demands, damages, or liability arising from the shipment of alcoholic beverages to your state.
Change in Shipping Laws
If the laws of your state change after you have placed an order, making it illegal for you to import alcoholic beverages, you may return the order for a full refund. However, you must provide proof of the regulations pertaining to the law changes to Drinksi and its counsel. Adult Signature Requirement
All delivered products must be signed for by an adult over the age of 21. Deliveries will not be left at any address or with any individual without obtaining such a signature. Incorrect Item Shipment
If an incorrect item was shipped, you need to submit a photo of the sealed bottle along with your receipt or order number in an email to Drinksi. If you do not receive a response within 14 days, you can send another email from a different email address if possible.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If you fail to receive your order after the allocated number of delivery attempts as per the shipping agency's policies, and the product is returned to Drinksi, a 30% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded. If the product was initially shipped free of charge due to promotions, a $50.00 deduction will be made from the refund for shipping and handling. If the package is returned to Drinksi damaged due to failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you will be responsible for the full cost of the order.
Damaged Items
Drinksi takes precautions to ensure proper packaging and safe delivery of your order. Orders are shipped in durable boxes and packaged with foam cushioning for bottle protection. However, if your order includes original manufacturer packaging or non-conventional shaped bottles, they may be packed differently but securely, at Drinksi's discretion. During extreme weather conditions, you are responsible for notifying Drinksi of any special requests to hold and postpone your order.
