• Exchanges and Store Credit. Exchanges and Store Credit will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the following conditions:

1. Damaged Product. If you receive a significantly damaged product, you may qualify for an identical replacement if the product is in stock and you purchased Drinksi shipping insurance during checkout. If the product is no longer available, you may be eligible for store credit equal to the purchase price of the damaged item, including shipping costs.
2. Incorrect Orders. In the event that the product you received differs from the item specified on your order receipt, we will arrange for the shipment of the correct item that corresponds to your receipt once we have received the incorrect item back using a return label provided by Drinksi. 1. All orders placed Monday through Friday will be shipped out within 1-9 business days.
2. Ground shipments placed Monday through Friday before 4pm PST will be shipped out within 1-9 business days (During the holiday season, processing may take longer).
